NEW MARK HOMES
New Mark Homes was established in 2005 with the help of Don Julian. Craig Archer, Owner/Builder, is passionate in ensuring that New Mark Homes features only quality craftsmanship that surpasses every expectation and lasts for generations to come. Archer and his team pride themselves on customer satisfaction and performance. We have confidence in what we do because our team of professionals have all physically built new homes. This “hands on” experience helps New Mark Homes set itself apart in the building industry. We are pleases to be a part of a development with exceptional lots and wonderful amenities to offer our customers. Craig Archer General Manager/Owner, Craig has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Central Missouri State in Construction Sciences. His experience extends not only to residential construction but also commercial and heavy highway construction. Cory O’Riley Assistant GM/Sales Manager, Cory O’Riley, Assistant GM, joined the New Mark Homes team in 2012. He was born into a construction family and worked for his father, who was a builder, since he was a young child. After high school Cory joined Laborers Union 579 working on many municipal street and highway projects while attending Northwest Missouri State
